How it works

• Within 30 days of your purchase, email support@incasebinder.comfrom the email address on your receipt and let us know you'd like a refund.
• You don't need to explain why, though we always appreciate feedback.
• We process the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Keep your binder

Because your binder is generated and downloaded on your own device, you keep any files you already downloaded. The guarantee is about your peace of mind, not about clawing back a PDF.
