Not legal, financial, or medical advice

InCaseBinder is a practical organizing tool, not a law firm, financial advisor, or medical provider. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a will, trust, power of attorney, advance healthcare directive, or professional guidance. The binder helps you record and organize information and wishes; it has no legal effect on its own. For documents that must be legally binding, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

What you get

Building and previewing a binder is free. A one-time payment unlocks the ability to download your binder PDF and encrypted backup. This is a personal, non-transferable license to use the generated files for your own household. You may print and share your own binder with people you choose. You may not resell or redistribute the Service or its templates.

Your responsibility for your information

Your binder answers are stored on your device and generated locally (see our Privacy policy). You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your binder and backup file secure, and for storing them somewhere appropriate. We recommend not writing full passwords or complete account numbers in the binder, and using pointers instead.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InCaseBinder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
